Core & Posture Reset

This entry-level package is for anyone wanting to build a stronger foundation for their physical health — starting with breath, posture, and core stability.

You’ll begin with a CHEK Health Appraisal Questionnaire (HAQ) to identify the stressors and lifestyle factors impacting your body. Then we’ll meet for a comprehensive 90-minute assessment, where I’ll review your posture, joint mobility, core function, and movement patterns.

From there, I’ll design a personalised corrective exercise program tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and the findings from your assessment. We’ll go through the program together in a 1:1 session, so you leave feeling confident and clear on what to do. You’ll also receive simple and effective lifestyle recommendations to support your results — like hydration, sleep, recovery, and movement habits.

This package includes a reassessment 4-6 weeks later to measure your progress. You’ll also have some accountability from me and I’ll be there for you to ask questions or check in over that time.

It’s a simple, powerful way to restore balance to your body and lay the foundations for sustainable strength and physical health.

This one-off session is ideal if you’re looking for personalised guidance on a specific challenge, goal, or area of your health.

Whether you want to refine your gym technique, improve core strength, rebuild after injury or childbirth, work through pain or postural imbalances, or simply get a second opinion on what you’re currently doing — this session is tailored entirely to you.

Before we meet, we’ll jump on a 15-minute pre-call to clarify your goals and what you want to get out of the session. Then, in your 60 -minute appointment, we’ll go deep into whatever’s relevant for you — from movement screening and postural assessments to hands-on technique coaching or training guidance.

You’ll leave the session with greater clarity, practical tools, and expert advice — so you can move forward with confidence and support.
