The Better Dads Club is a holistic health coaching program for professional and entrepreneurial fathers aged 35–55 who want to move better, feel stronger, and be fully present for their families.

WHY THE BETTER DAD'S CLUB

Most health and fitness programs are built around quick fixes, intensity, or short-term results.

Better Dads Club is designed for fathers who want to look after their bodies properly — not just for the next 12 weeks, but for the next 30–40 years.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Better Dads Club is for fathers who:

  • Are driven in their work or business, but don’t want their health to be the cost of their success

  • Want to be present, active, and engaged with their kids — now and as they get older

  • Know their body is changing and want a smarter, more sustainable way to train

  • Value structure, guidance, and long-term results over quick fixes or extreme approaches

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Better Dads Club is a year-long coaching program delivered across four school-term blocks.
 

The first half of the year focuses on rebuilding strong foundations — improving posture, mobility, breathing, and deep core function — while also helping you better understand how your body responds to training, stress, and recovery.
 

As the year progresses, we gradually build strength, stability, and resilience in a way that suits your age, stage of life, and individual physiology. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is generic.

Training is adapted to where your body is now — not where it was 10 or 15 years ago.

PERSONALISED ASSESSMENTS AND INTELLIGENT  PROGRESSION

Each school term begins with a posture assessment and relevant movement screening tests.

These assessments help guide training decisions, highlight imbalances, and ensure progress is built on quality movement rather than compensation.

 

Programming follows a proven progression model — developing mobility and stability first, before layering in strength and, where appropriate, power — so your body adapts safely and sustainably over time.

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

Small group coaching brings structure, accountability, and motivation through training alongside other fathers.

 

Sessions are capped at 3:1, ensuring personalised coaching while building camaraderie and consistency.

Sessions run midweek over lunchtime
