ABOUT ME
I’m Tom Dorman – a Personal Trainer at Les Mills Wellington. As a CHEK Practitioner and PH360 Health Coach, I help you build a strong, balanced and functional body through a personalised, integrative approach that keeps you moving for life.
I’m also a co-founder of Tom & Luke (yes, I’m the Tom) — a snack food company that we grew from a simple idea in a local café into an international success.
That journey, along with years of health coaching, puts me in a unique position to help business owners and executives prioritise their health while growing their business — because I’ve lived that life, and I know what it takes to thrive in both.


I’ve recently become a Dad. Growing up, my father was physically present but emotionally distant, and that left a deep wound of rejection that I’m still healing today. That experience fuels my passion to be a different kind of Dad — a healthy, present, and supportive role model for my son.
That’s why I help fathers truly connect with themselves — to listen to their bodies and understand how to optimise every aspect of their health. Not just for their own benefit, but for the long-term wellbeing of their families.
Through my coaching, I support parents who want to fully participate in life — and keep moving, for life.
