Tom Dorman

I’m a Personal Trainer at Les Mills clubs in Wellington, a CHEK Practitioner, PH360 Health Coach, and Certified Business Coach. I’ve been working in health, movement, and human performance for over 15 years — helping people build strong, functional bodies that can keep up with real life.
Whether I’m working with busy parents, business owners, or high performers, my approach is personalised, integrative, and built around long-term results.
I help people understand their bodies, reduce stress, and move with purpose — so they can live, work, and parent at their best. I’m deeply passionate about this work because I’ve lived it.
As a dad, an entrepreneur, and someone who’s navigated injury, stress, and burnout, I know what it takes to stay strong through life’s toughest seasons — and I’m here to help others do the same.

Pelvic Pro Core Trainer
The Pelvic Pro Core Trainer is a multifunctional biofeedback tool designed to help you find, activate, strengthen, and coordinate the deep core muscles that stabilise your spine and pelvis.
