Pregnancy and childbirth bring incredible changes to your body — but they can also leave you with muscle imbalances, reduced core strength, and changes in posture that make returning to exercise feel challenging.
The Postpartum Foundation Program is a 6-week small group training series designed to help you safely and effectively rebuild your foundations. Using a combination of deep core activation and progressive corrective exercise, you’ll restore stability, improve posture, and feel more confident in the way your body moves.

6-Week In Person Program
One 60-minute small group session per week, held at Les Mills Hutt City
